Cancellation
Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the originally booked service. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice in the event of a cancellation, to allow us sufficient time to fill the vacant slot. Inclement weather
"In case of bad weather, please prioritize your safety and well-being over getting your hair done. I understand that no one should put their lives at risk to make it to an appointment. If you are unable to make it, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule. Please also keep in mind that if the weather conditions are too dangerous for me to travel, I may need to reschedule your appointment as well. I have dependents at home who rely on me, so I appreciate your understanding in this matter."
Late Arrivals
It is imperative that all guests arrive on time to their appointments. Please note that any guest who arrives 15 minutes or more late will have to forfeit their appointment, as this is a strict policy that I enforce to maintain the punctuality of my schedule. Additionally, late arrivals will be charged the cancellation fee, as this policy violates the 24-hour cancellation policy. Please be respectful of my time and adhere to these policies.

Booking
Kindly note that a valid credit card is an absolute requirement for any service booking. If you are unable to provide one, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be mandatory at the time of booking.
